"we hope we can soon offer this"... How soon? Could you be a bit more precise? Are you really working on this right now or is it just an intention for an undefinite future? You probably know there are other French guys who already did it... Their bar starts automatically when members start their computers which seems to increase members' usage of the bar... So we expect good things from you too, at least as good as what can be seen on the market right now! Cross my fingers for you!

About payments, if you don't have funds anymore to pay what you have to pay right now, you should probably reset member's accounts to lower cash amounts or even to 0 BUT when you start again, you should REALLY be better at making your accounts so that it would NOT happen again in the future. Better pay very few and provide continuity than pay much and be forced to close after a few months. The best and SIMPLEST system would be as such: put aside the net profit of the month, take what you want for yourself and give the rest to the members according to their points. If the months' profit is 1$, share that 1$ with the members, according to each one's points, if the months' profit is 0 or even negative, just tell members that you can't pay them for that month because there was no profit... Those who don't understand are free to leave... Of course, having 0 profit is not good for anyone. This is why we'll all work to bring in new members and the advertisers will follow "au fur et a mesure" :) as the membership grows and so will the advertising revenue too so that members will earn more... Anyway, the first and most important thing is that you MAKE YOUR ACCOUNTING WELL and, of course, that you bring back fast that English version, with better options than the old one and possibly with an automatic start of the bar built in just like those new guys have implemented in their new "French-English" bar.
